COVID-19 and changes to services

We request that all patients and visitors to the practice continue to wear face coverings so we can help to protect our most vulnerable patients from covid-19.   For urgent (same day) consultation requests we continue, as we did prior to the pandemic, to provide a telephone assessment service.  Our reception team will arrange for a member of our Duty Team to call you back at an arranged time to discuss your medical condition.  If the clinician feels it would be better to see you in person, they will arrange a suitable time to see you in the surgery. 

Patients are most welcome to book a routine GP appointment for any pre-existing condition, either as a telephone consultation or face-to-face appointment.   Appointments are usually available up to 6 weeks in advance.  Video consultations can also be arranged if the clinician feels that this would be more appropriate. 

Non urgent requests

To save you time phoning the surgery, non-urgent medical advice and admin queries, including sick notes, can now be requested online.  Just click on the link below
