COVID-19 9 (CORONAVIRUS) - CHANGES TO SERVICES
To keep patients and staff save during the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic we have had to make a number of changes to the way in which we deliver primary care medical services to our registered patients.
If you have a concern about your health, please DO NOT hesitate to contact the Practice and we can arrange for an appropriate member of the clinical team to call you back. We can also provide video consultations (via a mobile phone) if considered necessary.
Please AVOID coming to the surgery unless a member of our practice team has telephoned you with instructions when to attend. If a clinician subsequently feels that it is clinically appropriate for you to have a face-to-face appointment he/she will arrange this for you.
Repeat prescription requests can be ordered online or by telephone. All prescriptions will be sent electronically to your preferred pharmacy - if you haven't already done so please inform the reception team of your preferred pharmacy destination so we can update your medical record with this information.

Whilst maintaining safe social distancing measures we are here to help and support you in anyway we can, so please do not put off contacting the Practice if you have a medical concern.
